Anti-Ragging Policy

College of Engineering Munnar maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging in any form. The institution is fully committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.

Any student facing or witnessing ragging is encouraged to report the incident immediately to the Anti-Ragging Committee. Complaints will be treated with strict confidentiality and prompt action will be taken.

Anti-Ragging Measures at CEM:

• A dedicated Anti-Ragging Committee and Anti-Ragging Squad are constituted as per regulations.

• Strict vigilance is maintained in hostels, classrooms, common areas, and transport facilities.

• Awareness programs and counseling sessions are conducted regularly for students.

• All students and parents are required to submit anti-ragging undertakings during admission.

Inauguration of anti ragging awareness class by honorable Judicial first class magistrate Devikulam  – organised by College of Engineering Munnar and Thaluk legal services committee Devikulam.. Advocate  N C Rajesh handled an anti-ragging awareness class.
