The rank list for NRI seats for the academic year 2025 – 26 is published.

The rank list published is provisional and admission will be provided only after verification of original certificates. If any discrepancies are found leading to a change in average marks calculated while verifying certificates,  the recalculated marks will be used for eligibility and the rank list will be updated as per the valid data.

Admission to UG Programmes:

Allotment to 95% of seats for the annual intake is based on the All Kerala Common Entrance Examination, conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Govt. of Kerala.  The criteria for B.Tech degree admission is prescribed by the CEE, Govt. of Kerala and KTU.

Govt. of Kerala publishes a common prospectus for admission to professional degree courses every year. Refer http://cee-kerala.org/ for more details.

The remaining 5% seats are reserved under the NRI (Non-Resident Indian)Quota.

Annual Intake for Full Time UG Programmes are:

ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR FN / OCI / PIO / CIWGC CANDIDATES


College of Engineering Munnar invites applications under the Supernumerary Quota for the academic year 2025 – 26, as per AICTE norms.


🔹 Eligibility:

Foreign Nationals (FN), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), and Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC)


🔹 Seats Available:

15% supernumerary seats per course over and above the approved intake


1/3 of these seats are reserved for CIWGC


Mutual transfer allowed between CIWGC and FN/OCI/PIO categories for vacant seats


Vacant approved intake seats may also be filled under this quota (subject to AICTE approval)
