  • Diploma holders in the relevant branch as per Government/University norms.

Dear KEAM Allotted Candidates,

All candidates who have been allotted College of Engineering Munnar through KEAM Third Phase allotment are requested to report to the institution for admission on any one day between 06 August 2026 and 10 August 2026, irrespective of the branch allotted.

                              APPLICATION FORM

 

Notice: Collection of Original Certificates and Transfer Certificate (TC)

Candidates who have been allotted admission to another institution through the KEAM allotment process and wish to discontinue their admission at the College of Engineering Munnar are requested to collect their original certificates and submit an application for issuing Transfer Certificate (TC) at the College Office.

In cases where the candidate is unable to visit the college in person, the original certificates and Transfer Certificate may be collected by an authorized person, subject to the following conditions:

  • The representative shall produce a duly signed authorization letter from the candidate authorizing the collection of the documents.
  • A copy of the candidate’s valid photo identity proof shall be submitted.
  • The authorized representative shall produce the original of their valid photo identity proof for verification at the time of collection.

Candidates are requested to ensure that all the above requirements are fulfilled to facilitate the smooth processing of document release.

LATERAL ENTRY ADMISSION – 2026-27

 

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission
1 Nativity of the candidate. ( SSLC or DoB Certificate )
2 Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate -for communal reservation seat.
3 Valid Community Certificate for SC/ST reservation.
4 For Fee concession to OEC category, a certificate to prove community.
5 Fee concession to those as is given to OEC- certificate to prove community and Income Certificate are required
6 Fee concession to children of Fishermen- certificate from the Fisheries Officer
7 Fee concession to inmates of Sri Chitra Home, Nirbhaya Home & Juvenile Home -Certificate from the Director, Women and Child Development.
8 PD Quota- Certificate from Medical Board.
9 EWS quota – only for forward community having an income not above ₹4 lakh or should produce an Income and Asset Certificate in the financial year 2025–26 or AAY/PHH certificate.

Admission to UG Programmes:

Allotment to 95% of seats for the annual intake is based on the All Kerala Common Entrance Examination, conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Govt. of Kerala.  The criteria for B.Tech degree admission is prescribed by the CEE, Govt. of Kerala and KTU.

The remaining 5% seats are reserved under the NRI (Non-Resident Indian)Quota.
