College of Engineering Munnar offers the following M.Tech degree programmes, each with a total intake of 9 seats:

Out of the 9 seats in each programme, 7 seats are allotted through the online admission process conducted by the Director of Technical Education, Kerala. The remaining 2 seats in each programme are filled directly by the college through an application process.
